Glass Aid guarantees your windshield chip (ding) star, bullseye,etc., repair for as long as you own the auto or truck to:

• Restore the structural integrity of the car's windshield and remain free of crack growth.
• It will pass all state, D.O.T. (Department Of Transportation) and lease-return inspections.

In the event any of the described problems occur during this guarantee period, (within the Oklahoma City Metroplex area). Glass Aid, guarantees your windshield repair in the following way:

1. Courteous examination of the repair, within 5 working days of notification, as to the legitimacy of the customer's complaint.  This procedure is accomplished by a thorough examination of the customer's receipt/invoice and the repair itself.
2. If it is determined that a re-repair cannot be satisfactorily accomplished, a refund will be issued within 30 days, for an amount not to exceed the total of the receipt/invoice, to the party responsible for payment.
3. The windshield repair guarantee is non-transferable.
